My career includes 25 years experience in the property management industry, including training, development, marketing, managing multi-site teams, and development strategies to improve overall portfolio performance. My most recent and significant experience is related to acquisition transitions, occupancy jumping, systems training and operations management. I currently represent 6 & Fix Heating and Cooling as their Multifamily Operations Director.
I attended Western Michigan University with a concentration in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. I am a Rent Café Administrator, and I hold National Apartment Association CAPS and CAM Certifications. I am also CFC Certified, an EPA proctor, CPO Certified and an NAAEI Faculty Member. I very much enjoy helping CAM and CAPS candidates who are struggling to pass their tests and I offer 1:1 Game Changer sessions to drill down and help them achieve their goal to pass.
In 2021 I volunteer on the Triangle Apartment Association Education and Membership committees. I also serve on the AANC State Supplier committee and vice chair for the AANC Membership Committee as well as serve as the Task Force Leader for the 2022 AANC Speaker RFP Process. My favorite fun thing to do is serve on the NAAEI Curriculum Committee.
I am always “Mrs Woodard” – wife to Danny Woodard and mother to Philip and Robbie. However, I also answer to the name “MrsGameChanger” as a public speaker and a stand up comedian nationwide.
