Kathy adds so much life and value! We have utilized her training services at IRT Living several times, both Office and Maintenance. She does an amazing job keeping the teams engaged and participating. Her spunk and spirit makes everyone around her want to learn more! Kathy has a hilarious way of connecting with all our team members – but she has an exceptionally good understanding of our service teams and what is required to keep them motivated.
